Personal Training
Ingrid loves teaching and has coached clients of all ages with different fitness goals for over a dozen years. She describes herself as tough, but not unreasonable. Focusing on alignment and biomechanics, having clients become aware of their own strengths and physical abilities is her passion. Any outward aesthetic look is a residual benefit of an optimal strength and conditioning program that incorporates flexibility, core strength, balance, cardio, and overall strength. As a student of movement, her strength is in cultivating client’s self-awareness of their own capabilities enabling enjoyment of learning something new in every session. Ingrid helps clients achieve the results they are looking for and encourages them to adopt the fitness lifestyle.
