Yoga Instruction
Ingrid has been practicing yoga for over 14 years and teaching for over a decade. It has profoundly informed her life. In her teaching, she uses her knowledge of biomechanics, neuroscience, and passion for continuous learning to welcome students to the practice in a manner that empowers them to appreciate their own inner yogi, and to practice safely no matter which style of yoga they choose. Too often students can feel the desire to push themselves into a pose too early and too hard, which can sometimes result in injury. Practicing safely is priority number one. She has enjoyed studying with various celebrated teachers in the yoga community and is comfortable teaching beginner to advanced practitioners of all ages. Cultivating a practice of inner listening, she gives private students a strong foundation upon which they can feel confident to safely enjoy any group yoga class.
